Flowmeter for determining the gas permeability of a material

Abstract:

Flowmeter for measuring the gas permeability of a material, comprising an inlet (configured to receive a gas that has previously passed through a specimen of a material whose permeability to said gas is to be measured). Said flowmeter comprises a mass flow detector configured to convert the amount of gas flow into a given parameter, where said gas flow can have a flow rate on the order of hundredths of cm³/s or higher.
